2. Plan & Scope
I break the work into clear milestones with a written scope, so you know exactly what's being built, when, and for how much.
3. Build & Iterate
Regular check-ins as I build, with working demos at each milestone — no black-box silence until the end.
4. Ship & Support
Deployed to production with documentation handed over, and I stay reachable afterward for fixes and follow-up work.
Communication & Availability
Based in India, working IST hours — flexible for calls across US/EU time zones when needed.
Response time
Within 24 hours on weekdays — usually much sooner.
Where we talk
Email or WhatsApp day-to-day, video calls for kickoffs and demos.
Progress updates
Short async updates as milestones land, not just a check-in at the deadline.
Ways We Can Work Together
Fixed-price project
A defined scope, a fixed budget, milestone-based payments. Best when requirements are clear upfront.
Hourly / part-time
For open-ended work, consulting, or code review where scope evolves as we go.
Ongoing retainer
Monthly commitment for maintenance, feature additions, or acting as your on-call ML/full-stack engineer.
